About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud developers, ensuring accountability, quality, and timely delivery across multiple projects.
- Architect and develop scalable, secure Salesforce solutions including integrations with third-party applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful Salesforce solutions and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Data Model, Salesforce Security Model, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and REST/SOAP APIs.
