Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software testing with both manual and automated testing expertise.
- Proficiency in Python, Playwright test automation frameworks, SQL, and DevOps practices including CI/CD tools.
- Experience with modern web technologies and testing digital marketing platforms; Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

- Experienced tech lead comfortable managing and mentoring a testing team in a fast-paced, complex Martech environment.
