About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports handling large, complex enterprise datasets.
- Translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable, KPI-focused reporting solutions that provide actionable commercial and marketing insights.
- Optimize data models and report performance while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance for enterprise reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard/report development and data visualization.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large enterprise datasets and developing KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and trend analysis reports.
- Skilled in gathering business requirements and stakeholder management to deliver business performance reporting and insights.
- Background in commercial and marketing data analytics, ideally with some exposure to Pharma/Life Sciences and omnichannel or customer engagement analytics.
