About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of React Native mobile projects including architecture design, coding standards, CI/CD, and app store releases for iOS and Android.
- Manage a team of developers ensuring technical quality, estimates validation, automated testing, and risk mitigation across mobile delivery.
- Serve as React Native expert interfacing with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans and measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive mobile development experience with proven React Native delivery leadership.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native internals, state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit), and mobile architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience with iOS and Android native tooling (Xcode, Android Studio), native modules, app signing, provisioning, and store distribution (App Store & Google Play).
- Experience with CI/CD automation, mobile build and release tooling (e.g., Fastlane), and Agile delivery processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering leader who balances hands-on coding with team coordination and mentorship in React Native projects.
- Strong architectural judgement skilled in modular, testable mobile app design and managing technical trade-offs and delivery risks.
