About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of telecom regulatory compliance and product certification processes for Ericsson products in India, including approvals from MTCTE, ITSAR, NSDTS/Trusted Product, TEC, NCCS, WPC, and DPL.
- Coordinate testing, documentation, purchase orders, shipments, and certification tracking with vendors, test labs, TEC/NCCS, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely certification and renewals.
- Identify technical and regulatory risks, optimize test coverage based on product applicability, and lead mitigation plans to secure regulatory approvals and support government and industry engagements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience specifically in telecom regulatory compliance, product certification, telecom security, testing, or regulatory affairs.
- Practical knowledge of telecom regulatory frameworks MTCTE, ITSAR, TEC, NCCS, NSDTS/Trusted Product, WPC, and DPL, including managing regulatory documentation and lab coordination.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in telecommunications, electronics, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Location requirement: India (Gurgaon).

- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder regulatory certification involving government bodies, accredited test labs, and internal technical teams within the Indian telecom regulatory environment.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory requirements, assess product family applicability to minimize testing, and proactively manage compliance risk.
- Proven ownership and operational coordination skills handling procurement, invoicing, shipments, and tracking in telecom product certification processes.
