About This Role
- Lead the design and maintenance of end-to-end technical architecture for Guidewire implementations, focusing on cloud-native setups and cross-module synchronization.
- Evaluate new Guidewire Ski-release features for business value and manage complex product model changes without disrupting runtime environments.
- Translate technical debt and architectural decisions to Finance and Business executives; conduct code reviews and guide development teams within Scrum frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience working with Guidewire Software.
- Advanced proficiency in Gosu and solid foundation in Java.
- Guidewire ACE Certification is mandatory.
- Work Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep architectural knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and their interactions.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle including underwriting, claims adjudication, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing stakeholder communication bridging development teams and business executives, with the ability to explain architectural trade-offs.
