About This Role
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade data engineering solutions primarily using Microsoft Azure data services.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, PySpark for structured and unstructured data handling.
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into data solutions leveraging Azure AI services and support production data pipeline troubleshooting and optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of overall data engineering experience with 2-4 years hands-on on Microsoft Azure data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, ADLS Gen2, SQL, Python, PySpark).
- Experience designing and implementing batch and incremental ETL/ELT pipelines for various data types.
- Practical exposure to AI/GenAI technologies such as Azure OpenAI or similar API-based AI integration preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in data engineering; Location: Pune/Nagpur, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Engineering components with proven ability to build and optimize complex data pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI applications in enterprise data environments and integration of AI services into data workflows.
- Experience with DevOps practices (Git, Azure DevOps) and awareness of Azure security and data governance standards.
