About This Role
- Translate business drivers into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for product features.
- Lead inception sessions to define scope, value, solution, and release plans; own and prioritize actionable backlogs.
- Manage trade-offs among scope, timeline, and costs while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting full lifecycle from development to post-launch benefits reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of overall software development experience.
- 4+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile development environments.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of HVAC supervisory domain mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expert in stakeholder management, able to bridge business and technical teams across large portfolios.
- Proficient in multiple Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and design thinking with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experienced with end-to-end product ownership including requirement elicitation, backlog management, release planning, and post-launch value measurement.
