About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable AI frameworks, orchestration templates, and shared services to enable rapid delivery of enterprise AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable enterprise integrations and APIs compatible with MCP ecosystem and cloud-native architectures.
- Implement governance and compliance mechanisms including monitoring, auditability, and operational oversight to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in software architecture, backend development (Python and/or Node.js), and building reusable platforms and frameworks.
- Experience delivering enterprise software solutions through the full software development lifecycle in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of AI system architecture, agentic AI frameworks, governance, security, observability, and compliance principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in AI platform engineering with strong backend development and architecture skills, focusing on agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Experienced in designing and implementing enterprise-grade integrations, cloud-native and event-driven architectures, and applying governance frameworks.
- Operates well in large-scale enterprise environments, embraces modern Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices, and drives enablement through reusable accelerators and tooling.
