About This Role
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams by coaching on Scrum and Lean delivery practices to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor and report key metrics to track team progress and promote continuous improvement within a product-centric operating model.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-4 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in a software development Agile environment with practical Lean methodology knowledge.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field required.
- Agile certification preferred (Certified Scrum Master - CSM, Professional Scrum Master - PSM, or Safe Scrum Master - SSM).
- This role offers flexible onsite work; 100% onsite is not mandatory.

- Experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies effectively and managing team dynamics.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, risk management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement with measurable impact.
