Experienced in driving culture activation and leadership development programs within large, global, matrixed organizations.
Strong program management skills with ability to translate enterprise-level culture and leadership priorities into localized, actionable initiatives.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures, with experience facilitating workshops and engaging leadership and diverse team member audiences.
