About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple supply chain planning projects from inception to completion, including project planning, milestone tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks, manage project budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Coach and guide team members, assign resources, and document team learnings to improve project success and delivery of transformation initiatives in supply chain planning.
Minimum Requirements
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred, managing supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning and end-to-end integration of information, products, and services within supply chain business segments.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years relevant experience preferred; Intermediate level of experience required.

- Experience managing complex supply chain transformation initiatives with measurable improvements in planning and operational performance.
- Skilled at combining program execution with structured change management to ensure effective adoption and sustainability of supply chain processes and technologies.
