Tier-1 employer and mid-level AI role create moderate competition, though niche CAD/3D skills reduce density.
Requires CAD/CAM/CAE and computational geometry domain expertise, limiting transferability across industries.
Multiple mandatory domain skills, degree requirement, and explicit 2–6 years make filters strict.
Design, deliver, and improve AI models and agents for generative experiences and virtual companions in 3D geometry and specification reconstruction.
Build, fine tune, and evaluate AI models using appropriate data sets including synthetic data pipelines from Dassault Systèmes software.
Ensure quality through automated testing and resolve quality, performance, and robustness issues in assigned components.
Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics & Computing, Scientific Computing, or CAD/CAM/CAE.
2-6 years total professional experience including 1-3 years in software development (OOP, data structures, algorithms, design patterns) and 1-5 years in AI/ML applied to CAD/CAM/CAE.
Strong knowledge in computational/differential geometry, numerical analysis, optimization, and experience using CAD/CAM/CAE software.
Proficiency in C++ and Python programming; experience with deep learning, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
Experienced in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions specifically for CAD/CAM/CAE and 3D geometry problems.
Operates effectively in a global, multi-site R&D environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capable of designing experimental AI workflows including model selection, synthetic data generation, and continuous model performance improvement.
