Hybrid work model requiring average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Strong expertise in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and cost management specifically in fast-paced NPI environments with global suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Proficient in managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, innovative setting while handling ambiguity and driving process improvements aligned to business objectives.
Excellent communication and influencing skills for managing executive-level stakeholders and translating complex supply chain concepts into clear messages.
