About This Role
- Manage end-to-end materials projects for New Product Introductions (NPI) including driving material readiness, sourcing strategy, and cost of goods sold (COGS) optimization to support timely product launches.
- Oversee supplier and contract manufacturer readiness, ensure supply continuity through risk mitigation and multi-sourcing, and lead cross-functional teams to meet supply chain and manufacturing requirements on time and at lowest cost.
- Provide regular updates on cost, schedule, and material status to stakeholders and represent supply chain aspects throughout product lifecycle in collaboration with Product Line Management and Engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in materials project management or related roles.
- Experience managing internal projects involving CM (Contract Manufacturer) or ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) based designs and New Product Introduction processes.
- Hybrid work model requiring average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills for managing executive-level stakeholders and translating complex supply chain concepts into clear messages.
