About This Role
- Develop and validate complex algorithms using advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with domain experts and solution architects to ensure appropriate data flows, rapid prototyping, and effective analytical product design.
- Lead and mentor less experienced team members while communicating methodologies and results clearly to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Databricks, Palantir, Snowflake.
- Experience in developing and deploying enterprise-wide AI/ML/gen-AI digital solutions including all phases from requirements gathering to AI/ML operations.
- Domain expertise in Manufacturing operations, HSE, Supply chain, and Finance is required.
- Work Experience Required: Intermediate experience with analyzing complex business systems and large data sets; specific years not mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical expertise with big data technologies, cluster computing, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), and SQL.
- Experience implementing big data platform solutions, Agile software development, and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
- Operational focus on end-to-end AI/ML solution lifecycle management and capability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
