Experienced in leading agile transformations and scrum teams specifically in Data & Analytics functions within retail or e-commerce domains.
Strong operational focus with proven ability to implement and improve Scrum processes and metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
Capable of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration at various organizational levels to drive project success and transparency.
