About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple scrum teams to deliver Data & Analytics solutions for retail and e-commerce, ensuring agile practices and operational efficiency.
- Set up and maintain Scrum operations including JIRA configuration, sprint planning, performance tracking, and process management.
- Serve as the key liaison between product owners, stakeholders, and teams to manage project statuses, risks, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of Scrum Master & Delivery Manager experience with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably in Data & Analytics within retail or e-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM); advanced certifications like SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Agile Coach highly desirable.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7–10 years, senior role experience at least 2 years.
