About This Role
- Lead sales efforts for Industrial vertical focusing on Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Security Systems, and optionally Building Management Systems across Western India.
- Engage with Industrial clients in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Heavy Industries, Steel, and Automobile and manage large Industrial projects including presales, sales, and techno-commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate and interface with Industrial consultants like Jacobs, Worley, Thyssenkrupp, Tecnimont, and others to provide tailored JCI solutions and oversee tender submission processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Industrial sales, preferably with Fire Detection, Fire Protection, and Security systems sales experience.
- Engineering graduate degree mandatory.
- Must have knowledge of Industrial Fire norms and NFPA guidelines.
- Technically proficient to understand engineering drawings and techno-commercial documentation; experience in presales, tendering, and closing large deals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced industrial sales professional with a track record in Fire Detection, Fire Protection, and Security system sales to large industrial clients.
- Capable of independently managing end-to-end techno-commercial negotiations and tender submissions for complex industrial projects.
- Comfortable engaging with top-tier industrial consultants and navigating technical and regulatory requirements within the Industrial vertical.
