About This Role
- Lead Annual Operating Plans, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare and automate monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and dashboards ensuring data accuracy and meaningful analysis.
- Monitor business performance KPIs including revenue, profitability, and cash flows; support management in evaluating business initiatives and financial impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing financial plans, MIS reports, and leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Preferred skills include experience with ERP systems, Power BI/Tableau, MBA Finance or CS is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and mentoring a small finance team with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Strong business partnering skills with ability to communicate complex financial insights to senior leadership effectively.
- Skilled in process improvement, reporting automation, and driving finance digitalization initiatives using tools like Power BI and ERP systems.
