Senior Accountant (Finance Transformation Manager - Analytics COE)

Lead and deliver complex end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across global finance operations within the Analytics Center of Excellence, focusing on standardized, scalable, and simplified finance processes.

Translate business strategy into analytics, data, and system requirements leveraging emerging digital/AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and insight quality.

Manage stakeholder engagement including senior finance leaders, facilitate executive discussions, prepare data-driven communications, and provide oversight and coaching to transformation teams.

8–12 years of experience in finance transformation, continuous improvement, management consulting, advanced analytics, or finance systems/digital transformation programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.

Work location: Whitefield, Bangalore, India with a mandatory 5-day in-office workweek.

Must have strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Experienced finance transformation leader with strong strategic thinking and solution design capability, preferably with a background in management or finance transformation consulting or analytics-led finance roles.

Tech-savvy professional with deep understanding of modern finance platforms, analytics, automation, and AI enablement (hands-on coding not required).

Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments with excellent executive communication, storytelling, and change leadership skills.
