About This Role
- Own configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead D365 specialists team, innovate workflows, drive integration and testing strategies for seamless system performance.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for finance transformation and partner with clients to design scalable D365-based solutions aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in client-facing roles involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration and finance transformation.
- Minimum educational qualification: B.Tech or MBA from a recognized Tier-1 institute.
- Professional certifications required: CPA, CA, ICWA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, or similar.
- Preferred certification: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in consulting environments, preferably with Big 4 or similar firms, handling finance transformation projects using D365.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships in complex technology implementation projects.
- Strong strategic orientation towards continuous improvement and aligning technology solutions with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.
