About This Role
- Lead the Execution Finance function handling financial execution, reporting, and contractual compliance for complex customer orders, including Public Sector clients.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement internally and with offshore/export customers to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to automate and improve financial processes while leading diverse finance teams in a complex logistical environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in finance execution and leadership roles with a strong accounting background.
- Proven customer management experience including handling Public Sector clients and export documentation compliance.
- Proficient in SAP and financial systems for accurate financial execution and reporting.
- Location requirement: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), India; Work Experience Required: at least 12 years in relevant roles.
