About This Role
- Own and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Expense modules.
- Lead month-end close activities for sub-ledger and general ledger across Fusion entities including validation, FX rate maintenance, and running revaluations.
- Act as key liaison between finance and technology teams for system issue resolution, data integrity, testing new processes, user training, and continual system improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role involving Oracle Finance Business analysis or working with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials modules and data migration techniques like FBDI and ADFDI.
- Location requirement: Mumbai, India; Travel required sometimes; Relocation not required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong operational expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials with hands-on functional and testing experience.
- Experience working closely with both finance and technology teams to drive system optimizations and issue resolution.
- Comfortable in a structured global finance environment with responsibilities spanning system maintenance, process improvements, and month-end closing activities.
