About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation by writing user stories, PRDs, and technical specifications for software development.
- Collaborate with business partners to adapt and evolve solutions for consumer personalization in a digital and technological environment.
- Leverage domain and technical knowledge to support the development and integration of Outlook add-ins and RESTful APIs within content management systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
- Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is mandatory.
- Fluent English proficiency at B2 (Upper Intermediate) level or higher.
- Work location requirement: Pune, India with hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in writing detailed technical documentation such as user stories and PRDs specifically for software development projects.
- Comfortable working with modern web technologies including JavaScript/HTML and REST API integrations.
- Familiar with content management system functionalities and governance within large digital product environments.
