Experienced in managing complex sourcing projects with measurable impact on cost and supplier performance.
Skilled in analytical evaluation of spend data to inform strategic sourcing decisions and process improvements.
Capable of leading cross-functional teams, influencing senior vendors and clients, and driving automation in sourcing processes using tools like Power BI.
