About This Role

Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable cloud-native Order Management and Fulfillment solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Own end-to-end solution architecture across OMS, Fulfillment, Inventory, Payments, and Customer Order lifecycle in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Drive modernization through event-driven, API-first architectures; mentor engineers and lead engineering best practices and integrations across enterprise platforms.

Minimum Requirements

8–12 years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in technical leadership and mentoring roles.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS), Fulfillment, inventory management, payment orchestration, and omnichannel commerce.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM) and technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, REST APIs, MuleSoft, DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced technical leader skilled in architecting enterprise-scale, cloud-native, event-driven Order Management and Fulfillment systems on GCP.

Proficient in full-stack development and integration across OMS, ERP, CRM, WMS, Commerce, and Payment platforms with a strong understanding of microservices and API-first design.

Comfortable managing globally distributed teams, driving engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with product and architectural stakeholders.
