About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution and adoption of common platform software releases across multiple imaging modality programs ensuring on-time, within scope and budget delivery.
- Collaborate with technology leadership and global stakeholders to align technology strategy with business needs and drive platform integration into product releases.
- Manage project risks, scope changes, stakeholder communication, and enforce project management processes ensuring quality metrics are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience including hands-on software development lifecycle exposure.
- At least 6+ years of program management experience handling multiple teams within or across organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; experience working with large global distributed teams (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-generational strategic projects aligned with business outcomes, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and coordinate cross-functional, distributed teams to deliver complex platform initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen with proven skills in automation (Power BI dashboards, data workflows), AI/ML implementation including Generative AI, and project management certification (PMP, SAFe, or ScrumMaster) is beneficial.
