About This Role
- Take ownership of financial management including monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow reporting, and forecasts.
- Build and improve operating processes and reporting rhythms across finance, governance, risk, vendor and investor management.
- Manage governance functions including risk coordination, statutory compliance, investor and board reporting, and commercial oversight of contracts and technology vendors.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- 6+ years post-qualification experience in finance, business operations, financial control, FP&A or related area.
- Strong skills in financial reporting, cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and finance operations.
- Experience in statutory and tax administration including VAT; experience with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing broad finance and commercial operations in tech, fintech, SaaS, or regulated startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build financial and operating processes from scratch with commercial judgment and attention to detail.
- Capable of handling confidential investor and board communications and maintaining governance and risk frameworks independently.
