About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex media and AI/ML technical programs, independently managing cross-team dependencies and senior stakeholders.
- Influence roadmap priorities by aligning stakeholders on objectives and outcomes within content commerce and AI platforms initiatives.
- Mentor junior TPMs and teams to improve Agile delivery maturity, program management rigor, and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years of professional experience, including 3-4 years in Program Management within consumer technology sector.
- Deep technical understanding of scalable systems and AI platforms, including experience with LLMs, AI infrastructure, and model lifecycle management is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.

- Experienced in leading large-scale, cross-functional AI/ML and GenAI system programs from strategy through production with strong technical and execution rigor.
