Experience: 5-12 years in Pharmaceutical R&D, Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, Technical Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Innovation Management, or Strategic Projects.
Mandatory experience in driving AI, analytics, automation, or digital initiatives preferred; exposure to pharmaceutical product development or portfolio management is desirable.
Work Experience Required: 5-12 years
Experienced in leading cross-functional R&D process and digital transformation projects within pharmaceutical or related industries.
Strong analytical and strategic orientation with ability to evaluate emerging technologies like AI/ML, advanced analytics, and process mining for R&D improvements.
Capable of managing complex portfolios and driving governance, with a focus on measurable outcomes in productivity, cycle times, and Right First Time (RFT) performance.
