About This Role
- Lead and guide a cross-functional squad (engineers, QA, SRE, interns) to deliver AI-first, scalable, and reliable software platform capabilities for hotel tech and corporate travel.
- Own architecture, integration design, operational readiness, engineering standards, and partner closely with Product Manager to shape execution, roadmap, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive AI-first workflows, agentic system design, and AI-enabled automation across the product development lifecycle while maintaining hands-on technical credibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years in technical leadership, team leadership, or player-coach roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with Product Managers.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and modern engineering practices (cloud-native, APIs, CI/CD, observability, reliability).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hybrid technical and people leadership roles with ability to switch between strategic and hands-on tasks.
- Strong domain familiarity in hotel technology, hospitality platforms, TravelTech, or corporate travel ecosystems to inform architecture and product decisions.
- Comfortable working in close partnership with Product and multiple stakeholders, aligning delivery with business outcomes, especially in AI-first software environments.
