About This Role
- Lead design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of full stack software applications using Agile/Scrum.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to define and articulate complex business and technical requirements.
- Prioritize work for self and guide the software engineering team to meet project milestones and delivery deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in full stack technology development and maintenance including Python, C#, Java, Vue.js, Angular, React, and SQL.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects end-to-end through full software development lifecycle.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to guide and mentor team members.
