Execute design, development, and troubleshooting of software solutions using Java and other languages with an emphasis on secure and high-quality code.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assistance tools to improve code quality, delivery speed and productivity, validating outputs through peer review and automated testing.
Apply troubleshooting skills and understanding of upstream/downstream systems to ensure stable and secure application development with consideration to SRE/ops practices and cloud/container deployment.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Foundational knowledge in Linux, networking basics (DNS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP), and distributed systems failure modes.
Programming/scripting ability in at least one language (Python, Java, Go, Bash) with familiarity of Git and CI/CD concepts.
Exposure to cloud platforms and modern runtime environments (containers, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with monitoring, triaging and troubleshooting production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and structured debugging methodologies.
Comfortable using and validating AI-assisted code generation tools within secure coding and data handling standards.
Familiarity or experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and deployment/configuration/secrets management in containerized environments.
