- 4-9 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, production support, and front office support within financial markets.
- Proficient in AWS/cloud platforms, SQL, and database management.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.

- Familiar with AI/GenAI tools like Claude suggesting openness to innovative technology integration.
