About This Role
- Own quality assurance for web-based and service-oriented applications in Banking and Financial Services domain, ensuring high quality, performance, and security.
- Develop, implement, and execute automated and manual testing strategies integrated into the CICD/DevOps pipeline covering multiple testing types: functional, regression, performance, security, and stress testing.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA leads, and stakeholders to capture quality metrics, maintain traceability, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 7 years of QA experience with web-based/service-oriented applications, preferably in BFSI domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Mandatory skills: Testing Strategy, Manual and Automation Testing, knowledge of testing tools and defect tracking (Atlassian products).
- Location requirement: Mumbai; No travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and executing comprehensive QA strategies that cover functional and non-functional requirements including security and performance in BFSI product environments.
- Familiar with CICD/DevOps pipelines and able to automate test cases using relevant tools and technologies such as Selenium and Python.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, product, audit, compliance, and legal teams to align QA efforts with regulatory standards and business priorities.
