About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, stable, scalable software solutions for the API Marketplace Team within Consumer and Community Banking.
- Create and maintain high-quality production code using Java and React, ensuring compliance with secure coding standards and operational stability.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, validating AI outputs through peer review and automated testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability using Java and React.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies like CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large corporate environments developing and maintaining complex applications using modern programming and database query languages.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted coding tools and responsible AI practices including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
- Capable of producing architecture and design artifacts and driving continuous improvement by analyzing complex data to identify hidden problems and coding/system enhancements.
