About This Role
- Design, develop, and support cyber-security software applications and microservices with a focus on C++ in Transmission, Distribution, and Industrial projects.
- Apply advanced software development lifecycle practices including Agile, Lean, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Participate in the secured deployment of cyber-security products and solutions, collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM field required.
- 5 to 8 years of software development experience with strong C++ development and design skills.
- Experience developing under Linux OS and hands-on API design and development.
- Knowledge of software containers (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps, Agile methodologies (Jira), CI/CD practices, unit and automated testing frameworks required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global product releases and new product introduction (NPI) cycles with ability to estimate and break down development tasks.
- Comfortable making technological decisions independently and owning technical tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to mentor and share best practices within a team environment.
