About This Role
- Own design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Develop and optimize event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka and create high-performance REST APIs.
- Lead troubleshooting, performance improvements, code reviews, and mentor junior developers within Agile teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in software engineering.
- Strong expertise in Java application development, Spring Boot, Maven, and Kafka.
- Experience designing and developing microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale enterprise environments with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD practices, and monitoring tools is a plus.
