About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable software products within an agile payments technology team.
- Create high-quality production code and maintain algorithms with accountability for architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools and automation to improve code quality, delivery speed, and team productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience with Python or Java; proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud deployments, Terraform, and SDLC understanding.
- Experience with observability/monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus; experience with AI-assisted DevOps or infrastructure automation and secure use of AI development tools within workflows.

- Experienced in complex backend development and release automation with a focus on stable, scalable systems in financial technology.
- Skilled in integrating AI-assisted development tools critically to enhance software engineering and infrastructure automation.
