About This Role
- Design and implement highly scalable and available backend services with monitoring and alerting.
- Drive full software development lifecycle including architecture, design, development, quality assurance, and maintenance with end-to-end ownership.
- Use AI tools as a core part of development workflow—generate, pressure-test, and verify outputs to ensure high code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of backend development experience, with 3-4 years in senior roles.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed web applications with appropriate observability.
- Fluency in using AI tools in real development work with judgment to verify outputs.
- Experience with database modeling (SQL or NoSQL) and designing RESTful services.
