About This Role
- Ensure data quality of production-grade data and analytics solutions through validation, profiling, and monitoring across multiple lifecycle stages.
- Build and maintain data quality rules, perform anomaly detection, and create data quality artifacts.
- Mentor junior Data Quality Analysts and independently lead design, solutioning, and estimations while collaborating across Business, Technology, Operations, and Data & Analytics teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in data quality or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse), and data quality testing tools (Atacamma, IDQ, Tosca).
- Work Experience Required: 8-10+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor with strong expertise in data profiling, quality testing, and large data environments both On-Prem and Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams and lead solution design and estimations.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and strong partner/stakeholder engagement skills.
