About This Role
- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance React Native mobile applications for Quince's customer-facing products.
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges related to performance, scalability, and user experience across the mobile app stack, including native platform issues on iOS and Android.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Backend, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to mobile architecture, engineering standards, and performance best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in software, frontend, or mobile engineering.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience building production React Native applications with strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience troubleshooting complex React Native issues and native iOS/Android code, with knowledge of React Native internals and performance optimization.
