About This Role
- Lead development and deployment of production-grade applications addressing business use cases within Commercial Bank Technology Payments.
- Guide and manage a software engineering team, setting standards for output, practices, and collaboration while managing stakeholder relationships and compliance.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and software development lifecycle toolchain improvements, emphasizing secure, resilient, and high-quality code delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), relational & NoSQL databases, AWS cloud services, and frontend technologies including React and NodeJS.
- Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful web services development.
- Experience leading AI-assisted software development tool usage, understanding responsible AI practices in engineering workflows.
