About This Role
- Designs, develops, and troubleshoots software components focusing on secure, stable, and scalable solutions within the Payments Technology team.
- Executes automation and performance testing, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity.
- Analyzes large data sets to identify problems and contribute to secure application development across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on practical experience in Automation and Performance Testing.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in modern programming and database querying languages in a large corporate environment.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI practices in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in Agile environments with exposure to CI/CD, application resiliency, and security methodologies.
- Background in backend enterprise application development including microservices deployed using AWS Elastic Kubernetes or Container Services and EC2.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
