About This Role
- Design, develop, and test software on the Salesforce platform to resolve defects and implement user stories.
- Collaborate with other engineers on implementation decisions and conduct code/technical reviews.
- Maintain system performance through audits and updates, focusing initially on integrating an acquired company with Mastercam's compliance and financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4-5 years of Salesforce platform development experience including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative development.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required; Revenue Cloud is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 4-5 years developing on Salesforce platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Salesforce development with strong understanding of security, data modeling, and best practices in Salesforce.
- Familiar with agile software development and standard practices such as source control, peer reviews, and unit testing.
- Capable of handling compliance and financial control integration projects with ability to expand responsibilities under broader compliance programs.
