About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement automated testing methods for Mastercam software throughout its development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Scrum teams to support large-scale projects and improve testing frameworks and automation tools.
- Plan, estimate, track progress, and communicate testing metrics and verification status to management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- ISTQB Test Automation Engineer or equivalent certification mandatory.
- 4-5 years of experience in building commercial software or test frameworks using C# or C++ with automated testing tooling.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum testing environment; knowledge of object-oriented development and SOLID principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to build and maintain automated test frameworks and perform automation code reviews at scale in commercial software environments.
- Experience integrating acquired companies' software/product into existing mature ecosystems under compliance and process considerations.
- Capable of independent task management with strong problem-solving skills, delivering high-quality automation solutions aligned to Agile Scrum teams.
