About This Role
- Gather and document client requirements with clarity and no ambiguity.
- Coordinate with client relationship teams to obtain client sign-off on requirements.
- Gain and maintain deep understanding of FIS products relevant to client needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years of total work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in C, C++, and UNIX.
- Experience with Oracle Database is mandatory.
- Exposure to payment domain, especially cards (Switch, Card scheme, Debit/Credit/Prepaid) is important.

- Strong technical background in payment domain software engineering with emphasis on card payment applications.
- Experienced in translating client requirements into clear, unambiguous documentation and working cross-functionally to validate needs.
- Operates effectively in client-facing and cross-team coordination roles requiring communication clarity.
