About This Role
- Oversee and manage small to mid-size IT software projects through the complete project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and quality documentation.
- Serve as primary communication hub for projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, risks, and acceptance criteria.
- Support creation and execution of project delivery strategies including plans, work breakdown structures, and resource management; lead post-project evaluations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex software or web development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Experience overseeing cross-functional project teams of 10-15 members in high-tech development environments.
- Experience with Agile (SCRUM), SDLC/Waterfall, and proficiency with tools like MS Project; certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, or ITIL preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically proficient leader able to evaluate project risks and provide credible guidance to development teams and business analysts.
- Experienced in managing complex Agile projects with multiple stakeholders and remote teams in a matrix environment.
- Strong background blending business and technical knowledge to deliver high-value IT solutions, ideally with health solutions industry experience and SAFe certifications.
