About This Role
- Lead execution of complex semiconductor programs ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and meeting quality metrics for Snapdragon product line.
- Develop, monitor, and manage program plans including schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional team collaboration to mitigate risks, resolve program issues, and report progress to senior management regularly.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field mandatory.
- Minimum 12 years of semiconductor industry experience with at least 5 years in a technical program/project management role.
- Experienced in complete ASIC lifecycle development including pre-silicon, silicon validation, and IP development process.
- Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; skilled in project scheduling, resource management, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Senior technical program manager with substantial experience managing complex semiconductor or ASIC lifecycle projects, especially in multimedia or IP development contexts.
