About This Role
- Lead a global IT team managing Mechanical Engineering IT applications including CAD/CAx, PLM, simulation, integrations, administration, and support.
- Drive global standardization, governance, operational excellence, and AI integration within the engineering IT ecosystem.
- Own product roadmap and delivery for engineering IT tools ensuring business value, innovation, and lifecycle management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years experience in Engineering IT supporting CAD/CAx, PLM, and engineering applications.
- 5+ years experience leading global IT application support or administration teams.
- Experience managing enterprise engineering platforms, vendors, and service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with strong technical depth in Mechanical Engineering IT tools (PTC Creo, Siemens NX, Windchill, Teamcenter, Ansys) and integrations.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to manage product ownership, AI-driven innovation, and governance in globally distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align business needs with IT solutions across Engineering and R&D functions.
