About This Role
- Own end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile apps, from concept through production, including user research, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems.
- Integrate AI-assisted design methods (using tools like Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate prototyping, UX research, and alternative concept generation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure technically feasible, accessible, and user-centered AI-powered product experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
- Strong expertise in Figma including design systems, components, variables, and prototyping.
- Portfolio demonstrating real product design work with user journeys, wireframes, prototype, design-system contributions, and AI tool usage.
- Must be willing to work 100% on-site in Mysore (Mysuru), Karnataka; remote or hybrid work not allowed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in modern product design that integrates AI-assisted workflows and understands UX implications for AI-powered products, such as conversational UIs and generative AI content.
- Capable of quickly turning written requirements into interactive prototypes using AI-driven prompt-to-UI and prompt-to-code techniques.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to merge AI, design, and engineering into seamless user experiences with strong human design judgment.
